Front Side Mechanics And Knee Extension When Sprinting | How To Run Faster: This is an important video to give some differentiation into what you want to be focusing on prior to foot strike. I have made videos in the past that really concentrate on pulling the foot back underneath rather than extending in the knee. Activating the glutes is important but isn’t something that should be isolated while sprinting

I would say size doesn’t matter as much as seeing during your foot strike if your foot is under the hip and if your knee is extended..

When I do think I feel like Although I’m stiffer at ground contact I’m more vertical instead of horizontal

How can you achieve knee extension? What drill should I do? I don't really achieve knee extension when I run, does that slow me down?

kzfaq.info_c1ew6w8WKA I would say it is probably slowing you down and that you need to improve hip flexor strength and quad strength
