Hey up Mr Sealy P Joe from Ireland, back after a Hiatus. Guy with the Amputation, when a John Deere decided to minch my right foot. I was trolling through KZfaq, and after much deliberation, as I couldn't find what I wanted to watch as I am back in hospital, MOT on my leg . Anyhow alleluia that your channel makes the most sense , 51 yrs old on this planet and well I have my Farm simulator with me and hooked up to the TV . The details of this map are almost as impressive as your dedication to your viewers and this game. Well done. I just got a PS5 and I have yet to touch this game. I now realize I have hours of introduction videos to watch before diving into this map.

And this is why your map tours are so important, MrSealyP! My first impression from the ModHub was it looked ok but probably not something I'd be interested in. After watching this all I can say is wow, this map is bonkers and for all the right reasons too!! Being able to buy the common production requirements like pallets is a huge plus in my book, and the rest of map is giving me so many ideas especially with the two-tone nature here too. I'm definitely going to be starting something on this map in the not too distant future I think!

The shop opening hrs are correct but when you 1st start a new game on any map with opening times you need to let the clock change from 8am to 9am to trigger the gates after you do that one time you won’t need to it again.

I think you found your next map Sir :) Everyone as you say is doing Court Farms already. To be honest this one could have soooo much more story line and interest. Plus with all the new things to do people will have questions and watch to learn. You doing this and BallySprings you would have both maps going that are pushing the boundaries of the game! Ooooh, I adore Marmite! So far I keep finding things and going "wow!" I'm also using up all my spare "Fkucs" on the dirt roads.

This is an amazing map. I was confused about the texture on the roads being like straw but after seeing your video showing it as dirt I must have a mod conflict. Awesome job with the map tour as always. Thank you.

Thank you for the tour! Hopefully this one doesn't cause issues on console - someone already reported multiple crashes on ps5 - forcing it to be removed from the modhub, which would be a shame. Themed maps like this show what can be done, and I'd love to see more like this.

nice map, nice video (but that's what we expect right?) i love the dedication for map review, in one word WOW. about the pallets it is immersive but there need to be a pallet price, like the delivery points pay for the pallet, or you can collect the pallets. it's not immersive if the pallets are lost in thin air. anyway, thanks again for the WOW factor review/explaining.

Had 04:26 hrs played with no issues and I added no mods. Just went back into the game on PS5, and it's crashed 3 times in a row upon loading. Powered off the PS5 and it crashed a 4th time on loading. It's deleted for now. Sure there is an update coming soon. I was liking the map. Nice change of pace not living to feed them critters and trying things I never thought I would. Nicely done as always my friend. 🚜

I'm definitely going to give this one a go. It would be cool if someone could make a mad max catalogue of tractors for the fields outside! Thanks for the tour MrSealyP

That’s just crazy. So much going on in this map. You couldn’t wait to show us the crane loading COMEX boxes then you barely gave it a glance….😮. I don’t know if I would play this or not but will definitely download it for some exploring. Thanks Mr Sealyp.

A nice map and the modder has gone above and beyond. I’m playing on The White farm and for me and what I like I prefer it to this. That’s the beauty of FS they’re is something for everyone.

The BEST review for this map...bravo...indeed , the map is great ..fantastic details everywere..lot of sounds, animations,.. cool buildings and traffic including a police car in traffic wich is nice, many sell points..and, no errors. Great map, all the Steel beams in stacks can be pick up and sold for melting. All the garbage containers can be picked up and sell for recycled. The dirt in the roads can be picked up and sell it , makes good money.

This map has great potential, finally, for me to set up my city based farm contractors business.

Love this map. First thing I did was cheating some money in to remove all dirt as a "County job". I saw Mr. SealyP using this in CC and with Sadie (and any kind of modded forage picker) its a fun job. After some hours of cleaning roads and 11 million liters of dirt later I gave the money back and started my carrer with selling the dirt and having most roads clean because I really didnt like this Snowrunner feeling (was my inital thought, too) there. Its one of those few maps coming out and is playable without updates, the only problem I had was some strange behaviour of some pallets but I think this is more on Giants side than the map.

I loved the mine! Both the staging of hydraulic breakers inside the shaft and the ore production that actually requires multiple inputs. Would be exciting to have option of ore boulders that must be broken into bulk ore. 😊

I'm not against productions, it does add another aspect to the game. I would like to see it updated so you could hsvevyour farm products processed into a product for a fee rather than having to buy the production point. How many farmers are going to own multiple factories. Also Giants please make GPS and lease to own base game for the next version of the game. Great video has always, this is another impressive demonstration of the creativity of the modding community and why they make the game great

Well done, Zero Oito! This is an outstanding map! A map like this should have been the default US map for FS22. There is so much to explore and so much going on. All the added sound effects make it feel very vivid. The only thing I don't understand is how to handle sand. I managed to push it around with a leveling shield. But what do I need if I want to pick it up in a trailer? And how do you dig up the sand to reach the collectibles? I know I need to buy the land and was able to pick up some dirt of the roads with a shovel. But I don't know how to do that behind the border

This is a all in one map, you won't need another map after this one. Cause you can do so much on it, plus you can be JUDGE DREDD😂.. I love the different production facilities, as well as the extremes of living in the city, farmland, forestry to living in the desert. I thought this was a meme and did not realize this is a map very well done to the mod map maker =)

This map really expands on what I've been saying for a while... once you get a handle on farming, this game is really a logistics simulator. I know a lot of people won't care for it... but it really does build on the primary functions of the game.

I understand what you mean. I'm mind blown away, love the consept, things I quite don't understand, confusing, but very interesting. I'm very curious about this map, but can't wrap up my mind if I want this map or not. I want to see more of what's behind that wall, but I hope there is alsa some nice farm land around a bit away from the city

Farmer Klein did a review and I believe he was able to remove the post at the PD which did remove a portion of the wall.

I tried out that Map Yesterday. I buyed the Plot 83, right next to the Oasis, and builded there a Workshop with a Pit in the Back, were I put in a Junkyard. I used ALOT of Decoration Elements, many from Mods and spend nearly all my 500 grand on that. (Yes I can go wild with building and decorating things. xD ) I used some Mods to make placing fences and changing or painting the ground cost free or I would have spend alot more. There also is a nice little Mod in the Modhub in Generators, that gives you some small windmill kind of constructions, that looks like metal tons, cut in half and wielded together to become windmills, and they look fantastic in this setting. xD But they generate not much money, only enough to balance the costs of my Yard and Workshop. Sadly, there are not many Mods for Yunk Cars, old and rusty equipment or Ruins for FS22 in the net. I found some for FS19, but they don't work in FS22 and partwise wouldn't match with the other buildings. (I played with the Idea to place a rundown ruin of a Farm somewhere on the Map with old rusty Equipment in it to make some kind of Survival Savegame. ^^ ) I like that map ALOT, first Map since Elk Mountain Wyoming I feel at home on, and I'm from Germany and live in a nice place and city with lot of nature around. Don't know why this gives me some wipes I like so much... ^^

Mr sealyp I like to bring this to your attention I found how to move the wall. There’s a small little plot where the sign is sitting on that you can buy. That will give you access to cut down the sign for removing the wall.

"they took paradise and made it a parking lot." This map is Industrial Sim w farm sim as a byproduct.

they had a 16x like this on FS19, was pretty cool, you had to build things to expand the map out.. to build more things to expand the map.. to build more.. i quit playing it, but not for a very long time :)

I do hope your going to do a series on this map, at my advanced age of 50 ( I know your the same age and we are both April babies! ) I have no idea where to start with the map, so please do a series on this!!

Would the lizard forage pickup not get all the dirt and sand off the ground? I remember a while back you said if you do a contract and leave a swath even though the field isn't yours the pickup would still get the swath, I might be wrong bug it jogs a memory, great video as always mrsealyp 👍 checked and forage pickup does get dirt off ground even if not owned but be careful as if there is anything else like stones and it even picks up a few litres of them then it will stop picking up the dirt/sand until you go and unload

Piney run map does all this as well. It's a simpler version but I'm thankful they are able to get this stuff going.
