My sons favorite guitarist in the world. My son learned Dee by ear at 15 to play for me. My son is now 46 and I'm 72

I learned to play that song from vinyl back in 1980. Thirty-five years later, guitarists still play it. What a testament to Randy's writing. If he were alive, he would be THE standard all other players are gauged against.

Love how Alex Skolnick is wearing a Rush shirt. I sat behind him at a Rush show in 2012. Very cool dude and a great guitarist with great taste.

I played this song on the tape recorder for my music class at Lake Highland. All my classmates were too involved with the surf punk and progressive music... I was kinda scared to play this as I thought people might make fun of me... but not so!!!! I was about 16. Since then D's have followed me.... Grateful. Bless D.D. Palmer as my name Tamara means palm tree. Blessed!!! Miss Randy!!!

EPIC!!!! Randy Rhoads is still consider one of the most talented guitarest ever, that my friends speaks volumes. To this day i still listen to those first two Ozzy solo albums, cannot say that about any other artist, its really not about Ozzy, its all because Randy was an amazing composer, there will never be an equal, not now not ever IMO. RIP Randy love u forever.
