A Christmas tradition on WGN-TV in Chicago for many years. UPA studios, who also did the animation for Mr. Magoo and Gerald McBoing-Boing, created this seasonal cartoon. Enjoy Frosty again as he ran "over the hills of snow... jing-jing! Transferred from 16mm b-w film.
