Yes and no. If 343 keeps up the momentum (now that they're not playing as much catch-up), then this game will see some of the big player numbers return.

Is he on variable refresh rate that causes the frames to hang around 200fps a lot? I have a worse set up and mine stays at 240 but feel like my Dsync used to not be as bad as it is
