Speed metal is definetely a thing. Bands like Exciter, Agent Steel, Raven, early Grave Digger, but also the first two albums from Blind Guardian and Walls of Jericho from Helloween are speed metal bands/albums. Sometimes those band are also considered thrash or "old school" power metal, but it is definitely a thing!

About The Wolf Hunterz: their reactions are funny indeed, especially when one of them mentioned that Frozen Crown guyss have "Six Packs." That totally made me laugh a lot. xD About BeckMax Reacciones: Giving ya'll compliments en Espanol. :D About The Metal Hunter: he really Loves the band indeed, even more to Fabiola. Hahaha his laughter got me there. xD About Oldskulenerd, Damn! This dude really described your music video very deep. Ah yes, the age old "what is the difference between speed metal and thrash metal." XD There is a difference, but it's so miniscule only nerds give a shit. This video should really be called "Fabiola and Federico react to Far Beyond and Embrace The Night at double speed."

Speed metal feels like a holdover term from the late 70s when metal was all midtempo and punk was played really fast. Then you got some of the New Wave of British Heavy Metal bands and the early Bay Area thrash guys they influenced playing metal at the speed of punk, so critics and scenesters called it speed metal. But these days almost every metal band outside of the doom and goth subgenres plays fast, speed metal feels like a redundant term.

It's a term that referers to bands that play classic heavy metal at "punk" speed, without being too punk to be considered thrash metal and that were also different from power metal to be categorized as such. So it is definetely a thing. Bands like Exciter, Agent Steel, Raven, early Grave Digger, but also the first two albums from Blind Guardian and Walls of Jericho from Helloween are speed metal bands/albums. They're different from thrash but also different from (Helloween-style) power metal and even if they are basically classic Heavy Metal bands, who just played faster, you can hear a difference from Heavy Metal bands like Maiden or Priest or NWOBHM. Sometimes those band are also considered thrash or "old school" power metal (because it's not really everything black or white in general and also in metal), but it is definitely a usefull term in my opinion !

Ho fatto periodi a guardare reaction su reaction, quali guardiamo più volentieri? Quelli in cui lo youtuber reagisce in maniera entusiasmante al video dell'artista che ci piace. A furia di vedere video in cui erano sempre tutti entusiasti ho capito che i video di reaction sono tutti più o meno falsi. Lo scopo è sempre quello di portare visualizzazioni al proprio canale, se la reazione è negativa o neutra, si è meno invogliati a guardare altri video su quel canale, se la reaction è entusiasta, ne guardiamo altri, perchè è un po come se condividessimo con qualcuno una cosa che ci piace. Una reaction dovrebbe essere la prima impressione a qualcosa mai visto prima, ho addirittura visto un canale che nei commenti analizzava l'ultimo album delle Babymetal, paragonandolo ai precedenti e poi in video successivi fare la prima reaction a qualche pezzo, come se lo stessero ascoltando la prima volta. Per questo ho cominciato a disinteressarmi sempre più alle reaction, perchè per me hanno perso l'immediatezza che dovrebbero avere e sono diventate solo delle mosse di marketing per portare views. Fabiola ha centrato in pieno all'inizio quando parla del fatto che sembrano tutti entusiasti e stupiti.

Isn't that the whole point? To tell people what's on their mind? :) Well if they have something meaningful to say that is. I hate that when they just watch the video making stupid faces, and say "yeah @##$, I loved this" then promote their own stuff for 4 minutes. And not even bother to put the band's channel or og video link in the description. If you don't like it when they stop, you can always check the band's official video or buy their music to support them :D
