Day 2 of our group ride through Arizona's freezing temps, checking out the Arizona Meteor Crater before making our way to a famous Route 66 Town to share some history and good eats!
We start off the day in Seligman, Arizona after waiting a couple extra hours for all of the black ice on Route 66 and I40 to melt, then hit the road to see where the wind took us!

I live in Iowa, so it’s very difficult to get that far southwest however, a year and a half ago I was there, and I stopped in Winslow and took photos on the corner, all because of your influence. Keep it up. I wouldn’t have even stopped if I had not seen a previous video of yours.

Thanks for taking the time to put out these videos, greatly enjoyed! This Texas boy rode to Montana a couple of years ago. It was 105° in Texas in late June, and we got caught in a blizzard in Utah, and ice on our bikes in Wyoming. In late June! Not something I'm used to, lol....

Made that ride last summer in the record heat. Ate lunch at the place right across the street from the statues, can't remember the name of it but it was good. I saw the Eagles live in 1977 on their hotel California tour. They were great. Joe Walsh played Walk Away which made my day. Thanks for sharing this. See you on down the road.....

I started my career with Sante Fe in 1977 , I am retired now. So I really liked hearing the history of the RR. There actually books written about things that happened on the Sante Fe in the beginning. Very interesting.

That opening, lol. I'm from the Northeast and I ride year-round. I've ridden in the 20s, had frost on the seat, and a lazy start-up, haha. With the right gear and a windshield it's not that bad. Hoping to see y'all down the road one of these days.

Love those back roads over there once off I-40. Showlow, Pinetop, Eager, Mogollon Rim, Pine, Strawberry, Clint’s Well, Mormon Lake Lodge, Lake Mary Road back into Flag. Epic riding you never get tired of!

I've really enjoyed watching these videos, fellas. Great content. Especially, since I picked up a 20' Ultra (all black). Can't wait to hit the road with the wife on a long run. Perhaps Sturgis. :) Thus far, I've been confined locally with work, family and such to a bit over 1200 mi since Feb 6th. LOL Cheers to 24' (it's getting warmer --walnut grove Indiana).

Guys that’s a cool video. I’ve been to Winslow but not on my bike. I find the story about the Harvey girls very interesting especially since I live in Hutchinson Ks. which is about 40 minutes west of Newton Ks. The lady in the interview mentioned Mr Harvey from Newton. I knew Newton was a railroad town, but I’ve never heard this story before. Thanks for all you guys do. I really enjoy riding along with you in your videos. Keep up the great work!

There's telescopes up top tht can view a building down at the bottom that is barely visible from the naked eye. It's kind of a trip to visualize because it's a lot bigger than it looks even when you're there. Worth the stop if you're ever passing by. Thanks for tuning in!

Some warm base layers, quality boots, some wool, leather etc. We've done a couple cold weather gear videos but we'll have to make an updated one sometime. We'll eventually try out some heated gear and let y'all know how that goes after some miles 🙌

You would be hard pressed to find anyone that loves riding more than I do but I quit cold riding this year. I have even ridden temps below 20. This winter I said no way. Been there, done it , and have nothing to prove. It is just not worth it. I will more than make up for it when warm weather hits.

Usually the Thrashin' Mission Waterproof gloves or 3M insulated Gauntlets. We haven't have much luck with heated gloves, but may try a plug-in pair sometime to see how it goes.
