The most logical utensil for eating fried rice is a spoon, the grains are separated so they aren't easy to pick up with chopsticks like with normal steamed rice.

Home cooked varies so much though, depending on the chef, recipe, and ingredients. Those home cooked ones could easily have won every round depending who made it and what recipe they used
