Ingredients
1.Milk - 1 ltr and 1/4 cup
2.Custard powder - 4 tbsp
3.Sugar - 1 cup
4.Chopoed kiwi - 1
5.Chopped apple - 1
6.Green grapes - 1 cup
7.Black grapes - 1/2 cup
8.Pomegranate - 1/2 cup
Recipe
Take 1/4 cup of milk (room temperature)
Add 4 tbsp custard powder
Mix well (no lumps)
Boil 1 ltr milk for 3-4 minutes
Add 1 cup sugar
Mix well and boil for 3-4 minutes
Add the custard powder mixture gradually and mix well
Boil for 2-3 minutes in low flame
Perfectly done
Cool completely
In a mixing bowl add 1 chopped kiwi, 1 chopped apple, 1 cup green grapes, 1/2 cup black grapes, 1/2 cup pomegranate
Add the milk with custard powder
Mix with the fruits
Refrigerate for 2 hours
