Right. I’m currently working on a business proposal now, and with mine, I want it to really come down to the weight and proportions to the exact kcal. It’s all great that it’s fruit, but fructose is still sugar, and we want to be careful with just how much you will be consuming with every serving. Very wxcited

this is still a far superior meal in terms of health compared to 90% of meals people typically eat in a day if you exercise and live an active life glucose is required therefore sugar is not harmful it only becomes when an issue when you sit on your ass all day
