Fruit Salad Ingredients
Ingredients (Servings 3)
-1 kiwi, finely chopped (or 2 kiwis, -depending on your preference)
-1 cup of chopped strawberries
-1/2 cup of blueberries
-1 cup of coarsely chopped pineapple
Maple Lemon Sauce
-2 Tbsp of maple syrup
-Juice of 1 lemon
-Zest of 1 lemon
Instructions:
1. Prepare the fruits: Wash and peel the kiwi , then finely chop it. Then add the strawberries and cut them. Rinse the blueberries and pineapple, then coarsely chop the pineapple.
3. Combine the fruits: Add the fruit step by step together, the kiwi, strawberries, blueberries, and pineapple.
4. Make the sauce: In a separate small bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, lemon juice, and lemon zest until well combined.
5. Drizzle the sauce: Pour the maple lemon sauce over the fruit mixture and gently toss to coat all the fruits evenly.
6. Chill and serve: Cover the bowl with a lid and refrigerate the fruit salad for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld. Serve chilled and enjoy! 😋🌿
