Fruit Salad | ഫ്രൂട്ട് സലാഡ്

A simple yet a flavorsome dessert, which is a combination of a thick rich custard and fresh fruits of varied texture and colour! Appealing to all your senses! Try this out. Happy cooking!
Ingredients
Stewing of pineapples
Pineapples - 2C
Sugar - as required
Water - 3tbsp
For Custard
Milk - 500ml
Egg yolks - 3
Sugar - 5tbsp
Cornflour - 2tsp
Vanilla essence - 1 1/2tsp
For Fruit salad
Mangoes - 2C
Seedless grapes - 1C
Pomegranate - 1/2
Green grapes - 1/2C
Apples - 2
Banana - 2
Orange - 2
Orange juice - 1/4C
Sugar - 2tbsp (optional)

I love fruit salad but I only have one recipe for it. It’s a good one but I want to try some other varieties. I’m happy to find this one. I’m hoping to give it a try. Hi mahima chechy, so I will start off with one thing, my husband is so picky in subscribing KZfaq channels, we live abroad and Iam totally a beginner when comes to cooking, so we always watch KZfaq videos for making some dishes. During Easter time, my husband was looking for a stew recipe and I told him it's here in your channel, he watched it and made the stew and it turned out finger licking good. After that not only me, he also subscribed, and he made so many dishes of yours. His favorites are stew and payyoli chicken fry. My favorites are mutton biryani and manjalli biryani. A huge thank you chechy, speciality of your videos are, your presentation is top notch, ingredients given in description, and everything said to the point, beginners like me can easily follow. I will try this fruit salad this weekend and Iam pretty sure, it will be in my favorite list. Thank you chechy....
