This mindset doesn’t give us a license to remain unchanged; we should work on our shortcomings and weaknesses.
At the same time, we must free ourselves from the need for constant approval and validation. When others appreciate us, it can fuel our positive growth. However, dependence on such approval can lead to serious mental health issues when it’s lacking.
Let's remember that our self-worth is independent of others' opinions, and we have immense value regardless.

So true. Most of us spend almost our entire life seeking external approval and validation. All we need to do is trust ourselves and follow our heart, and do what feels right to US. If people like us for what we do or who we are, cherish them. If people dislike us for what we do / say or who we are, ignore them. I recently read a saying - bees don't waste their time explaining to houseflies that honey tastes better that sh*t. So focus on what brings joy to oneself, not bothered about others.

Nice example swamiji, मुझे ऐसा लगता है किसी व्यक्ती कॊ मानसिक बिमारी जैसे डिप्रेशन, कॉन्फयुजन वैगेरे इसकी जैसी और समस्या होणे पर किसी सायकिएट्रिक डॉक्टर के पास जाने कि सलाह दि जाती है ऐसे व्यक्ती ने आपके स्पीच जरूर देखने चाहिये ऊस व्यक्ती कॊ अपने आप मैहसुस होगा कि वो बिलकुल नॉर्मल है और वो अपनी जिंदगी सकारात्मक ऊर्जासे फिर शुरु करेगा, Thank you very much स्वामीजी. 🙏
