I find that bleaning off the pulp then giving them a good soak allows them to absorb water, i would soak for atleast 24 hrs but go for as long as you can, the folded up tissue in a bag works really well and as you saw the seeds sprout all on their own with no encouragement. fingers crossed they continue and we get some good future videos from them.

You’re such a pleasure to watch, Scott! I recently received CZ Grains lemon bonsai seeds and I am currently germinating the seeds. Consequently, I too have been drinking lemon water and have had success but not as much as you have possibly because I have not been boiling my lemons! I have been squeezing the lemon juice then taking about 2 tablespoons of that juice in 8oz of water then heating in the microwave. I will try your method when I purchase my next bag of lemons. Can you expound more on what you did to lose your weight?

Of course - the lemon drink was just a welcome addition, the main things for me were removing all treats and snacks, eating little and often such as 30g of protein and 30g of carbs every 3-4 hours, a pint of water with every meal and chew each mouthful atleast 10-12 times before swallowing. as for exercise one day on and one day off, so i would wlak/jog on a monday rest in a tuesday, do some weight work using house hold items on a wednesday, thursday rest Friday back to a walk/jog then either saturday or sunday would be the weights day. i havent bought any special equipment no fancy exercise equipment or blenders or anything like that, the only thing i buy is a tub of USN protein powder, weight loss version for a quick meal fix if i cant grab a food based meal, i mix this with 300ml Almond milk or Lacto Free milk.

I have grown several dozen lemon starts from seed over the past several years. I find that if you peel the husk from the actual seed and just wrap it ( as you have done ) with paper towels you can get almost 100% germination. I have had some seeds germinate in about a week whereas if you don't peel the husk off, they can take about 20 days to germinate. I have plants from lemon, orange, tangerine, and grapefruit seeds. Also, citrus is very easy to propagate from cuttings. I have several trees that are 3 to 4 feet tall. However, no flowers. But I did get a lemon from a cutting from a commercial Meyerlemon which was less that 2 years old and less than a foot tall. I live in northern California. Main problem is keeping them watered. We get almost no rain from June through September. Thanks for your videos.

They sell assassin bugs. They eat all bugs in the plant room and are not attracted to artificial light. Good for indoor and outdoor. Might be good for your plant room to keep any type of bugs off your trees and safe for your children. I know that Arbico Organics sells them. Just a thought to help you out with the insects. I too use sticky traps and will try the assassin bugs also.

This was a great video Scott. I like the grow tent and will have to look into one. It will be interesting to follow the progress along their growth. Could you ask your wife if she would know how I would go about getting my Mother-in -Laws Military Service Record from WW2. She and her Mother immigrated to England from Germany just prior to the war. She may have become an English Citizen prior to enlisting. She has passed on going on about 18 years ago so I am putting as much of my wife's side of the family together as I can. I am just unsure of how to request her service record from the English Army. Anyway, keep up the great videos

Hey, my name is Tina. I'm new at this planting stuff. what do you call it, germination or stratification. I have this little baggie with 20 seeds in it. it says cz grain and it's a dwarf lemon Bonsai. How do I get started on this? Do I put all twenty seeds in a wet paper towel or what do I do? I'm lost. I plan on planting a garden and I got all these seeds and I want to know what to do? how do I get them started? Thank You! ✌️ Oh, by the way. My daughter is engaged to a chap over there in England. Sincerely Tina Avetta 🤗

Hi Tina, if you wrap the seeds in a paper towel and wet it and place in a bag in a dark warm area for about a week, come back and have a look and they should of germinated ie sprouted a root, normally they will all germinate, at this stage drop them into some soil and let them grow - anytime of year is good now is ideal as you have the whole summer for them to grow - you shouldn’t need to stratify (place in a cold fridge) they should just germinate fine - but you can try this if they do not germinate the normal way - best of luck!!
