Carrot Rose Flower Carving Garnish: Within the first phase of the video, we try to show you how to cut the carrot into slices/petals. Then we put the petals into saltwater which will make it a little bit soft for the rolling. After placing all the petals one by one as a row, we then roll them into a bunch of petals. Lastly, we use sticks to make the petals stay together as the rose flower.
Cucumber Rose Flower & Leaf Design: Just like we’ve just done with carrot, we use the same technique to make rose flower out of cucumber. This is a great art for the dish to serve in hotel and restaurant. We also make some cucumber leaves/designs to create a love-shape art/design/garnish.
