For Guild and Glory is a new d6 dice pool, setting neutral TTRPG game system that helps to curtail the problem of players not showing up to game night. The players, during character creation, together decide on and create a guild. This guild is the reason the characters are brought together and now if you don't have players that show up, no problem... they're "off stage" assisting with the guild and doing possible side missions or other downtime activities. Once players return to the table, the next session they don't earn experience, but they do get an extra downtime action.
