Why you are crying?? You are such a brave women!!! crying will just make you feel guilt…don’t ever do that… Make sure you grew up your kid successfully..don’t ever take a wrong step in your life!! Make sure your kid understands your situation and grew up wise!!

Don't cry... it spoils the most important aspect of life that is the health... do meditation... it gives the psychological peace n physical health. Trust me... try atleast for 7days. You wil definitely observe a fast recovery in all aspects. Tell me the change you have observed in you... If you do forever for 20 to 30min per day you will discover a new talented strong person in you. If you are unable to focus n cannot do meditation yourself... take the help of ART OF LIVING. There you will find a course called HAPPINESS PROGRAM . That will helps you a lot lot lot.
