Roast potatoes in duck or goose fat are incredible, I highly recommend to try both!

Doesn’t change the flavor much but atleast you aren’t eating those alternative oils that were originally used for machinery

I've heard that for things that say they're duck fat (like duck fat fries) they are fried in regular oil then a small amount of duck fat is tossed after they fry so the duck fat flavor is there without the expensive waste of duck fat from fully frying them! I love your channel Bong it's my favorite content to watch keep up the good work!

Yes it's an amazing flavour. Never had A5 though LOL i saw a small piece in the store for $130.

Waste of duck fat frying it, instead of tossing the finished product to get the duck flavor. Also why fry it in duck fat if the flavor is to be masked by that much out of the bottle hot sauce?
