Miss, good evening, let me tell you that I am very happy because yesterday and today I roasted peanuts with this method; yesterday, to test, I started with 2 kg. of peanuts/1kg of beach sand and today with 5kg of peanuts (2 pans/2.5 kg each/1.25kg of sand in each pan simultaneously) the result is a beautiful, golden, almost homogeneous color and a delicious flavor, I am very sure that All my clients will like that starting next Tuesday I will add to my sale; God bless you infinitely, your family and all who see your channel.

Hello friend, good afternoon, these are minutes before roasting the peanuts with the sand, however, I have some questions: 1. I must disinfect the sand with something before using it or this sand will be disinfected with the same fire. How long should I heat the sand in the pan before adding the peanuts? How many minutes should I soak the peanut in water and salt and after straining it should I hang it out to dry it from the humidity? Please, friend, answer my questions, urgently!!!

Friend, good morning, I greet you from the Loreto Region, jungle of Peru; thanks for sharing the method of roasting the peanuts with the method of the indigenous peoples of America. I am interested in the subject because I sell roasted peanuts with salt on an outpatient basis ,candied peanuts, Nigerian coated peanuts that I learned a few days ago from youtube and banana chips. I am going to try roasting with the method that you published. I ask you: 1. Is it with hot or cold water that you soak the peanuts or what other ingredient do you add and for how many minutes do you soak?
