Extraordinary presentation. His "Long-Term Look" has a top at the beginning of 2026, just when the 18.6-year real estate cycle tops. That next 6 years into 2032 "scares" him. So many great nuggets in this.

Thru the 3 day live all the analysts predict 2026 as the top of the market. Might be wise to listen. They could also be just spitting a buncha woo woo. Time in the market beats timing the market

This is one month ago in hindsight market is in super all time highs… so what cycle should we be in? Super bull cycle? Nasdaq 100 moved 2000 pips in just 2 months …. Mind blowing

24:56 light blue ( which looks more like purple to me) most likely will work out best.

Larry, just an observation, but seems like the actual line fits is more consistent fit if you look between the "best fit line" and "all years in x".

Go buy a egocentric ephemeris then buy How to Make Money in Commodities by W.D. Gann. As you read the "diary" of market moves for tops/bottoms, then look at the position of Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, and Uranus. I think that will provide you your answer.

This only helpful for someone who is investing or position trading. For a swing trader where the holding period is 1 to 3 weeks this does not help much.
