I totally relate to this dude. He mentions the surprise he experienced with sculpting much better than drawing. I used to love drawing when I was younger. I stumbled upon sculpting with a soap stone and a dremmel tool; then realized I sculpt better than I can draw on paper. Amazing stuff! This is getting me to think about picking up sculpting as a more lucrative passed time. Thanks for bringing this vid Samurai!!

It's awesome seeing how Nathan's art is spread across Canada. I've driven through Vulcan so many times and never stopped. Definitely going to check out his Spock bust next time I'm travelling to red deer. The piece he's working on for red deers new arena will be a must see once it's completed as well. Thanks for sharing.

I remember, when I was a kid, you'd always see those ads for bronzing baby shoes, and always wondered how they did that. This guy is an amazing artist! Really beautiful work he does with an old workshop and tools. Place looks like a bomb was dropped on it with all that broken ceramic everywhere too! Goes to show you, it isn't the shiny tools or state of the art garage or workshop, it's the person doing the work and their skills or talent that matter. Great vid! Thanks for taking us on the "field trip"!
