It doesn’t say who “he” is. It doesn’t say it’s a peace deal. See how much people read into the scriptures? It mentions no pause between 69th and 70th week.

There will be a third temple spoken of by Paul and John(2Thess 2:4, Rev 11:1-2). Most probably, this temple that will be built in the future will be destroyed either during the tribulation or when Christ return to earth. During Christ's reign on earth in the millennium, there will be another temple, animal sacrifices and temple worship, etc... and the land promised to Abraham, Isaac and Jacob will be divided among the 12 tribes of Israel(Ezekiel 40-48).
