I feel like the most appropriate course of action at this point is to start reacting to Shaquille O'Neal's catalogue. I say this because Shaq himself admitted in old interviews that Fu-schnickens was his ABSOLUTE FAVORITE hip hop group back in the early to mid 1990's. My brother actually bought Shaq's "Shaq Diesel" CD back in 93' and we played THE HELL outta that CD! Shaq actually has a famous song called "What's up Doc" featuring Fu-schnickens quite literally on that CD WITH a Music video they sometimes played on NBC when the NBA was on NBC back in the day. It actually could have been on "Inside stuff" with Ahmad Rashad but I'm not sure. But yes, Shaquille O'Neal was a HUGE fan of this group back then & he invited them as guests on his first LP back in 93'. "What's Up Doc" is a sure fire Shaq CLASSIC! Shaq FU is also a CD/album worth checking out. He has quite a few releases. Even his late 1990's Twizm releases with Peter Gunz is pretty dope.

Sorry to spoil your post but Chip Fu never tried to beat Twista so please stop the BS. Twista spits around 600 syllables in 60 sec (Guinness Book record) and his fastest was on Rolling Deep around 840 syllables in 60 sec. Chip Fu fastest is around 1400 syllables and in general around 1200 syllables. (Tung) Twista was fast on his first album but he slowed it down on later records. Chip Fu is Hip Hop teaching the youth some positive stuff in Brooklyn while other taking a piss with Hip Hop culture like Twista did going gangsta rap shit.

Another fact about so called fast rappers like Eminem, Busta, Tech-9 don't come close too Twista or Chip Fu but others like Busdriver and Tonedeff are insane. Besides of that fast rap isn't great to listen to because it goes to fast and that's why BDP (KRS One) dissed fast rappers not speaking clear words which i agree on.
