3 жыл бұрынFubuki had a lot of fun playing with her new voice changer program. She spent about an hour messing around with the different settings and voices. It was a great stream and she was clearly enjoying herself quite a bit. I desperately need Shirakami Midnight Radio to become a thing.

"Onee" here doesn't mean "older sister" in a conventional sense. It's LGBT slang used to refer to males(especially gay guys) or trans females who speak "like an older sister", especially in a flamboyant or excessively feminine manner. It's basically the Japanese version of the "gay accent" stereotype in the West.

Very very small correction - from 5:35 onwards, I think "onee" is being used in the slang sense meaning a femme gay guy, not older sister, especially since chat was only writing it in katakana.
