I am so glad that you interviewed Khalid Ji! I feel so connected to his perspectives, especially on teaching and learning. I am a teacher and every word he said was true. I am always struck by how much more liberal the senior generation is when compared with younger Pakistanis!!!! Khalid Anam talks too nicely.The time he is talking about Karachi university I also was the part and enjoyed the enlighten period of that uni. Rabia here I totally disagree about your thoughts of the people of Karachi. The picking,dumping garbage and cleaning and making roads is not the work to do by people.This is the responsibility of institutions. I am from Karachi and have been living in Islamabad since long.All the work of cleaning and dumping is done by professionals not common people.When we pay taxes then its state responsibility to provide facilities
