@austint1151 Many RV parks won't rent spots to RVs older than 10 years, so they'll be under pressure to sell it before then. But for that same reason, not many people want a premium 10 year old RV, so this will depreciate like a rock. And it 20 years it'll be un-sellable for 1/10th it's original price.

One thing they don't mention is the utilities. It doesn't create it's own water for example. When you park for the night, you need to hook up to external facilities, water, power and sewer. So in addition to paying $300k for this beauty and getting maybe 10 -12 miles per gallon, you also have to pay hook up fees at a park every night.

I’d rather have a skoolie but this motorhome is definitely top tier right here. Shit looks so cool and so plush on the inside. Unless you’re super duper extra stoopid beyond high maintenance you should have no complaints with this luxurious piece of work. Awesome job on whoever designed this and whoever made the vision come to life. Looks amazing👌

@TheGagepat1 RVs are made of Vinyl, Styrofoam and aluminum. Not a very secure feeling, is it? I lived in my 34' Class C for 2 years, not.by choice. Once I got my tiny cabin built out enough to move in, I sold my rig. I bought a 4 window short school.bus.
