I'm loving your videos, this is teaching some things about Camaroon way of life. I am from the United States and took a DNA test and it shows Camaroon as the largest party of my ancestry!!! I am so excited about this and anxious to learn all I can. I had an uncle by marriage from Liberia and he could cook his butt off! I am seeing some similarities in the ingredients you're using (he used the to make fufu and palm soup a lot). Thx for your channel 😊 I hope to visit Camaroon one day.

whoa. ur food looks delicious. sorry to say u don't put garlic in kartikarti. it is my traditional meal. the only ingredients needed is tomatoes and onions. you first of all heat ur oil then u put the chicken and fry for a while bfre u put ur tomatoes onions Maggi and salt. thanks

It's amazing my dear. Irreplaceable home style. According to chemical reaction of heat and petrochemical items like plastics, it's advisable to used our normal cultural plates ( funshor in Kom language) or use banana leaves. Your video is teaching a lot.

waooo thank you precious am bayangi but this meal is my favorite , i love it even more than the almighty eru my own traditional meal. i just learned how to make the njama njama am definitely trying this. thanks so much. but my semo is always lumpy. one thing i love too is Achu but that dish is just so complicated i cant get it right. hope you have a video on it. i just discovered your channel and am loving it. thanks a million

+Ornel Bright I am in Minnesota, dear. It is sold by Hmong people.. I don't really know how they call it. We just see, point and buy lol. If you can't find it, look for Water Cress or Kale in the stores. Those are great alternatives. Hope this helps.

The English name is garden huckleberry, I believe. I don't think you can find it in grocery stores here. You can substitute with frozen chopped spinach. Let the spinach thaw then you squeeze it and cook in the same way I cook Njama Njama in this video. Hope this helps.

Garden huckleberry. You can substitute with chopped spinach if you can because it is hard to find the leaves in some parts of the world.
