Hello, everyone. This is Grandma Fujian Grandma. Today, Grandma made water tempeh. It is one of the common brewing seasoning foods in Guizhou, Sichuan and Hunan. It tastes delicious and fragrant. It is a kind of fermented food mainly for bacteria, which can be directly served as a meal or as a seasoning for cooking and dipping.

Thank you for your great support. Perhaps cultural differences have caused us to disagree on this delicacy, but it has a history of thousands of years in China. Soybeans are fermented with beneficial bacteria and are beneficial to the body!

小時有看媽媽做水豆鼓跟湖南四川的水豆鼓一樣作法,黃豆燜好要放米酒殺菌去豆腥味,放薑末,新鮮辣椒末紅通通的一週後非常好吃。

跟我们这里做豆豉原理都是一样的,区别只是所加的作料不一样,我们这里最后还要在阴凉处放置几天,成品半干半湿。

Hahaha, I suggest you try it. Although it is not good-looking, it is delicious, and the fermented soybeans are beneficial bacteria. Tempeh is a traditional Chinese delicacy with a thousand years of history!

@@FuJianGrandma I did try it years ago. I couldn't get past the slimy texter and smell. I couldn't swallow it. I will try anything once. I knew of it's health benefits. That's why I wanted to try it and hopefully like it. I can't eat okra either. The texture throws me off. Lol 😄

はい、発酵大豆は有益なバクテリアです。納豆とテンペはこの点で似ています。どちらも美味しく、私たちは皆それらを食べるのが大好きです。 個人的には食べ物は国境を知らないと思います。共有することで世界はより良い場所になります!

Don't think it's Tempe at all. We call it Tauco, Taucu, Taotjo or Tauchu (Chinese: 豆醬; pinyin: dòujiàng; Pe̍h-ōe-jī: tāu-chiù)
