need un plug network cable , reset 116-324
turn on machine without network cable.
wait for 5 minute , then test photocopy.
If Photocopy ok , then plug in network cable , test print from PC.
if print from PC got problem , normally is print file error , need to check Printer Driver.
Sometimes print from Smart Phone also may cause 116-324
