I love your videos, Rich! Also taking your tip on lowering prices to get back into the Etsy algorithm. I literally was deactivating all of my listings because I fell into the payment reserve account and I was so frustrated about it. I wasn’t making any profit up front with Etsy for a while. Pushed me to open my site tho and that thing took off!

Dope video. I started with HTV too and recently started going with plastisol transfers. I would spend days straight weeding and pressing vinyl for big order. Transfers have definitely sped up the process and allowed me to focus more on designing and actually selling. I’m not business savvy so these videos showing the business side of things are amazing man 🙌. Between you, big brandoh and others it really paved a way for me to pick my own lane in the business

@@Tristan-fh5ui well this was a side hustle for me so I’d say I made around $1000/month my first year. That’s with minimal effort put into it. It all depends on how hard you work and try to get sales.

@@HustleNinjas ya dude ! Insane!! One day hit 36k! Its so overwhelming. But we got the transfers and we asked people to give us 7 to 10 days to produce before shipping. So far people are patient. But damn this is alot of shirts and hoodies!!!! Ahhhhh!!!! Lol

I’m trying to get into the game right now cause of your videos and breaking free from the traditional 9-5 . Do you screen print also or just heat transfers with vinyl , and ink? I am looking at just doing transfers and didn’t know if that’s doable to achieve success? Looking at getting a uninet 560 possibly what is your opinion on that model? Uninet printer is okay for generic t-shirt designs, but not the greatest quality for a brand. I've screen printed in the past, but now I just outsource it when I need it done.

If you fold it right away after pressing the shirt it wont mess up the transfer? I thought you had to let it cool a little before folding and packaging.

Depends on the variables. You can make a sale the same day as long as you have the right design, right keywords, etc.

@@HustleNinjas Thank you I don’t know I’m just so close to quitting this I got that tusy heatpress you recommended the cheap one for $220 The heat press is horribleand I got a bunch of transfers and shirts in today and I just wasted a good 20 shirts images so I just lost a lot of money so I’m beyond stressed right now I just wish I had the money to get like the stahls heat press or even the wallapress one the 15 x 20 seeing you do in a video I don’t know what to do but just giving you a update on my whole journey and because I’m definitely at the bad and stressed part of it right now

This is a hard one..if your store on ETSY says "NO refunds" ..but the customer wants a different colour of shirt, because the original one had stain on it. Or they want a REFUND. They factory will send a new shirt same colour but not a different colour. So the question is: Give a REFUND or stick to your store policy on ETSY? If the customer can not get a different colour shirt. What is the answer?

the thing about making youtube videos like this is that you will be making money through youtube and the other is your reputation and quality of product you deliver. If you're doing it to promote your business then you really can't worry about people ripping off your ideas because that's why you share it in the first place. There will always be a lot of other people showing the whole process and setup. Just be you and your channel should hopefully at some point make you more money than your actual business. If that's not the goal, I would suggest not to make these videos at all. Anyway, thanks for sharing, I don't like copying other people's work but, at some point it will end up looking alike.
