Probably THE BEST travel vlog I've seen from an amateur. Goals for middle class families on simple pleasure filled short road trips. One need not plan on five star resorts and getaways. The countryside on fringes of big cities hold so much more for the travel bugs than favoured touristy destinations. Well done Maitreyee ! You are truly different. Hats off to Shantanu as well for living a life so down earth without the trappings of hypocrisy/materialism that seems to plague so many normal youtubers these days.

I tried your version of palak paneer or saag-e-saman....it turned out to be awesome....i used to prepare the same way before but with jeera seeds only....adding garlic made it full if flavours....
