Living in a small apartment, this video let you plan ahead of how you should design the flat.
All dimension is drawn to scale according the floor plan shown in the video. The interior layout are based on my design. Hope you guys like this video.

Thanks this video of your rendering of 2 rm Flexi is by far the best as you are able to show us how new home owners like us can visualize on home/furniture layout based on 3D floorplan 3:27 rather then just ID/personal decor based on personal taste. I must say your new home looks very homely & pleasant & comfortable which is what I want unlike the usual ID designed home. Kind thoughts are much appreciated 🙏😄

Best is toilet door to bedroom and to the kitchen for elderly comfort. Or reno. The entry to both rooms.

For elderly, the 2 door toilet entry might be better. This is the newer floor plan which have the toilet near entrance.

Sorry to say that the kitchen is so restricting-you must have enough space to prepare food[cut veggies meat etc)

True. This layout is based on the original hdb floorplan. Punggol Crown units has this weird design where bedrooms floor space for wardrobe is cut into the kitchen wall area, resulting in a weird floor space for kitchen. This design might have some challenging issue for home owner and ID in future. Cheers.

sure bo? fridge, prep area, sink, stove stand in array, how may times must the older people walk? Why washing machine beside sink, wash veg/meat and under wear using the same sink? siao!
