I stopped listening to music and stopped taking pre workout before my workouts,I get up at 2:30 in the morning at least 6 days a week to workout ,my pre workout is listening to goggins on a 2 hr loop that's all I need and it does the job stay hard!

Here's the most inspirational part of this album for me: Goggins is something of a solitary person. He doesn't really go out. He has a handful of very close friends. And he lives in what sounds like a disciplined yet uncalculated way. So my overriding life goal, what you might call my answer to the question of, "who are you?" that I've been looking for, is to reach the point where I can tell the people who say I need more friends than I want and that I have to have, -epistemic ineptitude- "emotional intelligence," as though it were something I didn't already have, to *shut the fuck up.* And you know what, there are social skills that I don't have. But I'm going to get the ones relevant to me because I want them. And not because people think that I want them. Like people who idiotically told me to smile so that *they* would feel better and wouldn't have to put up with the sight of me frowning.
