Hi first time watching your videos, very informative. A tip for you in case no one has mentioned it. Get an empty plastic pill bottle and put your old needles in there. That way no one gets hurt. Keep it by your machine, if you ever want to embroider on card stock use your discarded needles! Thanks for sharing your videos.

I agree! I have the same embroidery/sewing machine and was trying to figure out how to do applique. She really nailed it for me with her preciseness. I think I know how to do applique now just from her tutorial.

This was great -well worth the time. You explain at exactly the right level, and help with so much more than the appliqué technique. The most valuable was the first step of printing out the pattern and steps. I was trying to appliqué without doing that - it’s like assembling a toy with no directions! You are a natural teacher, and your humorous comments are a hoot! Thank you.

Use duckbill sissors and you won't cut the stiches or swan neck sissors

I really enjoy your video. Suggestion. Always get in the habit of closing the blade on your rotary cutter. It could fall off your cutting table and land on your foot or toes.

Hi , Im so excited about this video I have the PE550D, smaller brother, go get some of your small hair clips. It will hold your small things back. I so enjoyed you showing and telling exactly what and where. I follow angela also, I am having problems with usb tho, some dont seem to work. o and what about your heat press? You would love double curved machine embroidery and/or appliqué scissors (I use both). Can get on Amazon.

You should use magnets to stick the Teflon sheet to your hear press that way your not taking it off an on and re-aligning things 😅
