I didn't mean to send it ! You discussed the process of realizing the power of our feelings/ thoughts .....used the garden metaphor- so perfect. I was often in a very tough place emotionally - mental health very bad - personal talents very high. Your VOICE is so healing, soft , soothing full of hope and love.
