@@ClassicTor At the time I wrote that comment it think it was 1 minute, but then I found a better technique through a youtube video so the way I do it now is i hold a very light strecth for 15 to 30 seconds and then extend into a deeper stretch for another 30 seconds. This way you can get deeper into a stretch and your flexibility develops quicker.
