Thank you so much for all you do for pregnant and post-partum moms. We lost a baby at 34 weeks last year, but God blessed us with another pregnancy this year. I had a few struggles with my blood sugar and your tips for gestational diabetes (especially the nighttime shake) were so helpful. I've been using your workouts to keep in shape and prepare for delivery. Monday, at 38 weeks, our little boy was born. It was a 6-hour labor and the baby is healthy (although small). We are so thankful to God for His goodness. I prayed for your family too after your last personal update. My heart goes out to you. Thank you for all you do for us even as you bravely face your own struggles. Sorry this is so long. Just wanted to let you know you are appreciated!

I have been feeling so crappy this first trimester. I am exhausted beyond belief and nauseas but I just did this workout and walked my dog for an hour and I feel like this is the most energy I've had in a couple months! Thank you so much<3

This was by far a more beneficial pregnancy work out than others I’ve done. I also appreciate the no talking of this video, it actually feels relaxing for the mind and engaging for the body! Thanks again :)

You’re work outs are so great. I’m in my first trimester and normally very active but have felt SO sick and haven’t been doing my regular workouts. These have been so great to ease back in. They make me feel amazing.

Loved this workout! My lower back got tuckered out during the arm workout so I finished that section sitting on my ball. Just love this channel!

So glad I came across this video. My usual prenatal workout was canceled, and instead of giving up I decided to find one to do on youtube. I had to modify a few moves to make it right for my body and feel like I got a good workout.

I love these workouts! They are so helpful and I feel great afterward. I got lost during the stretching bit, while I had my head down. But overall great workout!
