Incline Bench Press
4 sets - 10-12 reps
Bench Press
4 sets - 10-12 reps
Decline Chest Press Machine
4 sets - 10-12 reps
*last set dropset
Chest Press (regular + hammer grip)
4 supersets - 10 + 10 reps
Tricep Exercise Rounds
2 rounds of:
Straight Bar Tricep Pushdown: 2 sets
Tyron Grip Tricep Pushdown: 2 sets
Rope Tricep Pushdown: 2 sets
Overhead Tricep Extension Machine: 2 sets
(all sets are 10-12 reps)
