Another good one is the almond milk by innocent. I know they sell it at waitrose. Differences between that and the plenish are: uses spring water instead of filtered, and it has a bit more fiber because they are "plant fiber from citrus" as they say.

Microwave could be used sometimes, but not recommended. Subjective meaning. some say microwave keep more nutrient, than other who cook. thats not fully true. because it depends on how you cook your food. If you over-cook food, you lose nutrient. if you use to much heat on surtent product, you also lose nutrient. but if you combine the right ingredients, that may help boost all the other ingredients, and that also depends on how you cook, the way you do. and you cannot do that with a microwave. if you cook at the right heat, and time, you also keep more nutrient. Another example is: if you cooking vegetable stock or fish stock, and you overcook on to much heat, the nutrients in the fish may be ruined. or if you cook the stock to long, you will lose all nutrition from fish, but still keep the nutrition from the bones. but if you do it right, you would keep more. You may get different results, and impact depending on your food is cold or warm. One example is drinks or eating raw. sometimes we get more nutrients when cooking food., than we would if we would eat raw. Also food taste alot better, when cooked, instead of microwave cooking. ever tried a baguette with cheese and ham? to much in the microwave, and it start to harden. actually it hardens alot faster anyway, just because of the microwave. and it dousent cook evenly. My conclusion in this research, is that microwave could be used, like the same way like if you been out drinking, and wanna eat some fast food. to much of this, and you get fat, but a little sometimes, should not damage that much significantly. Doh, thats my subjective meaning, and that may also change, depending on new knowledge/understanding. Thanks for you youtube video. and for sharing your personal experience.

What is the bodybuilding community’s opinion of brown rice? My doctor recommended limiting my white carbs and subbing in brown.
@BrettMaxMusic
@BrettMaxMusic 3 жыл бұрын
Brown rice is higher in fiber therefore it takes longer to digest and usually keeps you fuller longer. White rice is a favorite among bodybuilders because it is so easily digestible. Bodybuilders get plenty of fiber from oats and veggies and sweet potatoes and there are diminishing returns with fiber. For the average joe trying to lose weight, brown rice is nice because, as I said, it will keep you fuller for longer. I personally hate the taste and just eat white tho, same calories and digests well. 🤷‍♀️
