Ive been Vegan / plant based for 3 years now I feel like people mess up at is the over consumption of PROCESSED foods when you nred to be eating Whole ppant based ALKALINE foods and taking essential herbs (Seamoss, BLADDERACK , goldenseal, blue vervain etc) But big Salute to KALI muscle ! Legumes and grains is what you need to gain muscle being vegan. Adzuki beans for instance have 40 GRAMS OF PROTEIN per CUP! Same amount as STEAK!

It's never too late to start I have always been skinny my whole life but during quarantine I have been lifting a lot and I have finally started seeing results. Plus if you're skinny and have a low body fat percentage it's easier to see muscle definition.
