She would have massive heartburn if she just ate pizza for the whole day. It’s all smoke and mirrors with these food content creators, most don’t eat the massive amounts of junk food rubbish they appear to consume on their social media, they would be 600 pounds and feel lethargic all day. Sadly some use this platform to disguise their binge eating/ purging disorders although some claim to exercise and eat healthy in between but reality is they eat junk foods multiple times daily posting on different social platforms they would have to exercise 24/7 to burn off the amount of calories they consume on the daily and they would feel so bloated how could you even move.

I've been into cauliflower pizza lately. Makes me feel less guilty about buying frozen. 😂 Urban Pie is the most accessible for me, and I really like their roasted veg & goat cheese w/a balsamic glaze.
