Nice machine! I'd like to build something similar for my small craft brewery in Morgantown WV. How do you guys control foaming?

Thanks! We are still dialing in the carbonation and flow rate, but so far the biggest thing has been keeping the beer cold the whole time without getting it so cold you lose the foam cap.

The main controller is an arduino, along with a relay board for the sensors and valves.
