These people really know how to design spaces. There isnt one uninterestng thing to look at. Nothing bland or ordinary. The only thing I'd change would be to lose the astro-turf.

That house will break records for that area. It’s further north then I’m sure he wanted to be. And at a 4 million dollar purchase price. I did some comps and there isn’t any in the area that have sold for that. Now for disclosure I’m not a realtor so I’m no expert by any stretch of the imagination. But if he gets close to that good for him it’s a free market and it’s only worth what someone is willing to pay for it.

Charles Rutenberg Realty Fort Lauderdale has the listing. However, it's a multiple listing so Redfin, Zillow, etc. should have the details.

This house is stunning!!! But it's in a liberal run city (which means the people are mostly liberal), and that will pose problems for you somewhere down the line. Boca Raton may be better.

Too bad Dov and the Prestige groups cannot control their workers and subs from trespassing on neighboring properties. I’ve asked three times for them to remain on their own job site to no avail.

you can post this as many times as you want with different production but the price isn’t justified. it’s not hard to do a quick comp search of the area. lower by $10m and you’ll get offers. cmon.
