I work in the music industry and these types of "parties" aren't moments to let your hair down, like a regular nightclub/bar. They are an opportunity to network, be noticed by your peers and spotted by press/media. And thats why no one is really dancing etc.

It’s a shame, people love to speak on others people and things they know nothing about. If your spend half the time you do talking about satanic rituals these rich and talent black people engage in, you would be too busy to even care what they do with there free time, or their soul for that matter. We the only people that tire our own people down in the mist of the public eye.
