this helps a lot because i’m a new flyer, and by the like second practice they were already expecting me to do a full down and i always drift to the side but this has helped so much

I’ve done cheer at school for 3 years and now I’m in allstar cheer, and I am terrified to start doing my fulldowns. I have fallen out of them every time and gotten concussions, and I don’t know how not to make the same mistake at practice for allstar.
