The profusion pallets are my favorite. I have to admit, if I had to choose which pallet to get between morphe and profusion I’ll pick profusion every time. Not just cuz of the price, but because of how blendable it is.

Went to Walmart recently and picked up the hard candy foundation and the profusion highlighter palette because of this video!! I love a good deal on makeup💗 I also grabbed the profusion blush palette too because it looked so pretty - I hope it works as well as the highlighter does!!!

Applying a thin layer of that foundation and then layering it up helps! That’s what I do and now it’s my favorite drugstore foundation

I self tan too and I like to keep Maybelline fit me loose powder in fair on hand for when my foundation turns out too dark (like if I’m a few days into my tan)! I use it on concealer areas and under my contour to lighten my foundation up when it’s looking darker than my neck 👌🏼

I am using a foundation that can do the same thing as the Uoma one you tried (mine is by Face Theory and I love how it looks on me when applied correctly). The secret is to use a dense brush and stipple it on. Any wiping or buffing motion in the beginning is going to be disaster and makes your pores look like craters on your face. Also, build it up slowly, less is more. Layer by layer is the way to go to get more coverage. Maybe you'll be able to use it this way, but it's probably not one to use when you're in a hurry.

I LOVE my Stipple Brush! I put all of my Foundations on this way - it really gets the product into your skin, rather than sitting on top of your skin. I have the one from Real Techniques - which one do you have/like?

I would 100% try the concealer with a better foundation it is a great dupe if you like the nars concealer ! I have both and they are the EXACT same and it doesn’t settle if you don’t set it ! ❤️

I love that you featured a Profusion palette. I own quite a few and have owned different ones over the years and they're so good. Yeah, some shades have kick up but so do ABH palettes, as many of us know. So I don't see that as a sign of lack of quality. Plus, 'pro' is in the brand name and the packaging may be cheaper but so is Viseart's. I enjoy looking through my palettes and being able to see the color story. And thank you for not looking down on the palette or expecting it not to perform well from the start. Drugstore can definitely be up to par with high end, esp when parent companies are the same and they just sell at different levels to maximize sales. Long long long time viewer but rarely comment. Love on ya and your sweet family

There is a higher end Uoma foundation and the drug store one. The drugstore one did that to me too. I hated it. But the high end one is the one people seem to love

I just tried the UOMA beauty foundation from the drugstore and could not do the smell 😭 it didn’t look as good on me as the “higher” end UOMA beauty foundation from Ulta and I have fairly textured skin too. The one from Ulta is beautiful!! 😊

Hello I’m new to your channel and so far I love it!! I don’t know your skin history, like if you have rosacea or eczema, but the rash looks very similar to the butterfly rash that people with lupus get. If you have any other issues, like joint pain and fatigue you may want to look into it. Keep up the awesome videos, you’re beautiful!!

I was curious about lupus also. Lupus is kind of funny but of course if also having some other pain and inflammation it would be good to check it out with a doc. I love watching Casey, so positive and always gorgeous!

That's great that you pointed that out. A few years ago, a viewer commented on something SO SMALL that they noticed on the creator's body and advised the creator to get it checked out by a doctor. Turns out, the creator had a very serious disease and was put on medication so thank god! That viewer pointed it out. One of my friends had "a freckle" in the white part of her eye. She used to joke about it and someone said she should get it looked at. It was cancer! She had it removed.but never thought in a million years that it would be that!

I’ve seen rave reviews on it but they had normal/combo skin. Maybe it doesn’t work for oily skin types at all? Idk I’m super dry so I’m scared to try it for sure.

I had the same issue. I applied it with a sponge (wet & dry) and a brush, my fingers and it was horrible. I’ll just stick with my trued n true hard candy like she used or my Revolution foundations.

great tutorial. I think it was the primer that was causing all the texture issues. I do not like LM blurring primer on most foundations. In addition, both of those foundations recommend very little amount and build up.

The makeup wipe will make it tricky for foundation to lay. They really don’t take off the products completely & it will make it hard to get anything to look right.

Try squeezing your sponge out in a towel after you squeezed it with your hand. If too much dampness will make your foundation "splotchy".

I heard a lot of ppl loving that B perfect foundation...from the angle we can see it looked really good on you but you are kinda far away from the camera so it's hard to know what it looks like up close
