Out of the many, many makeup reviewers I watch here on KZfaq you reign supreme, Charlotte! Not only are you lovely, funny and entertaining, I have agreed with your reviews on all of the makeup I have purchased. You are the only reviewer who mentioned the off putting taste of the LE lip baumes. Luckily, the taste seems to go away after a while, and I love them otherwise so will keep mine, but won't be buying more until they hopefully fix the oily taste. Keep on making your fabulous content!

I've just got my two Lisa Eldridge Baume embrace sticks, but I'm honestly feeling a bit underwhelmed. True, I've been wearing the first one (sweet fig) just for one day at work (so around 8 hours) but while it is balmy and rather (not incredibly) hydrating, it is for sure not long lasting. Need to keep reapplying, and I don't see much shine either (which is fine by me, but it looked totally different on Lisa and also on you, Charlotte). With that price tag is not something that I want to be slashing on every ten minutes. Anyway .. I'll keep on testing, tomorrow is Epanoui day. Guess I got a bit too excited when I saw Lisa presenting them and got incredibly high expectations.

When I want a peachy eye look, I usually use my peachy blushes as eye shadow. The Dior Backstage palette that you have looks interesting, but for some reason I haven't bought any. Maybe I'm scared that if I buy one, I will want to by them all like collecting Pokemon, lol. I'm super excited for the new Lisa Eldridge lippies. Sweet Fig looks great on you, and I bet Metropolis will be stunning.

I am checking my door every 5 mins for my LE delivery of lippies .. I cannot wait to get my mitts on them!! The Pokemon reference made me laugh out loud - I bought one of the new YSL quads and I literally have to sit on my hands to stop myself from buying more .. they are so wonderfully buttery and the shimmer shade is so gorgeous ... wish I could get paid every day!!!

@@sarahwales6276 I have the Hourglass Jellyfish palette, and I don't really use the bronzer in that palette as a bronzer (I prefer Makeup by Mario's cream bronzer), but it makes a great all-over eyeshadow, then I use the highlighter from that palette in the center. I take this palette with me for travel because it covers blush and eyeshadow all in one.

I received Epanoui and sweet fig today and I love them both so much! They're perfect! I think you spot on when you mentioned that she knows her colors and undertones so, so well. You're right about the scent, it reminds me of the L'Oreal lipsticks which I can't stand because of that. But when it's Lisa Eldridge I am willing to forgive it 😊

I'm in the subtle "lit from within" camp when it comes to highlighter these days myself, too. As for these new goodies, first of all, I did order and receive one of those Fenty blush lighters in Bak'd Peach. It is the most PERFECT glowy tone of orange-peach for summer! Definitely more orange than the other two.

I get your feelings about the Dior palettes not having a huge WOW factor but that is what i appreciate about them. I like to have the option of versatile looks and while sometimes I want wow and shine, other times I want a more classic, muted look ad then I reach for my Dior lol. I like when manufacturer's "stay in their lane."

I use the Lancôme Cils Booster primer, and it is a game changer for me. My lashes are very fine, and some of them curl in random directions. This primer adds some thickness and there is enough “play” time that I can take a lash comb or spoolie and coax them into a nice arrangement before it dries down. I haven’t been able to achieve that process successfully with mascara alone. Then when I apply mascara over it, my lashes are not only built up to be more substantial, they are going more in the right direction. I think if you have really good lashes already, you don’t need it. But I recommend it to anyone with fine, wimpy, rebellious lashes like mine! 😁

I have used lash primer for years . I don’t use it to help the mascara though . It protects my lashes from the drying qualities of mascara . If I go without it for any length of time my lashes are not anywhere near as healthy. Almost like heat protector before styling my hair .

I don't know how you do it, talking, looking in the camera, and doing your mascara, it's amazing, and looks so good!!! For me no Lancome mascara's anymore, used them, it seems decades maybe, but more sensitive eyes now, mostly only Chantecaille. That Fenty blushlighter also looks super cute!!! I agree with the lack of peach palettes, I have quite a few palettes for a lay person and really had to think about my collection. Sigma has a very pretty quad called Peach Pie and I have a Nars palette that has a peach vibe if not truly peach leaning more copper, and I think the Natasha Denona retro has some peach shades but more transition than the K-POW you are after. You have a good point!

I was so close to getting the Lancome bronzer and highlighter so glad to see your review. I bought all 3 of the Fenty blushes and I love them all, but the darkest - Baked Peach is my favourite, I'm a MAC NC42 and this shows up the most and has a hint of pink in the peach which is sooo beautiful. The Fenty lip oil gloss in Frosted Bunz is very pretty too, quite natural, but a little bit of refined shimmer.

Very tempted by the LE lip balms and the Dior eyeshadow palette - I also love peachy for summer. But trying to stay strong on using up what I have first and there have been a lot of tinted balm releases recently. Also whenever I'm tempted by a palette I look back and 9 times out of 10 I find what I'm looking for in my ABH Soft Glam -- oldie but goodie!

I have fine and short lashes. I never get a good result with any mascara unless I have a coat of the mascara primer, and not just any. Only the Lancome one works for me and I have been using it since it was created. Good stuff! Thank you for the review. Another good mascara to go and purchase I say. 😊😊

I agree that some fragrance in a lip product is better than fragrance-free. I personally like and enjoy skin care and make-up with fragrance. Your make-up looks very good, very summery. Just the second coat of mascara was not necessary in my opinion. These heavy fifty-coats-mascara lashes always vitiate the whole look. You have so pretty eyes! Please try out a look with a one coat and lets see the comments.

I just watched back some of your old fragrance videos, and our taste is pretty much identical! I love woody, saffron, ambery notes and I was one of the people recommending Blanche Bete to you. I just HAVE to tell you to try Ani by Nishane if you haven’t already. It is my signature scent! edgy, fresh in the opening, spicy vanilla. I wear it pretty much for any occation year round. Mascara primer helps stop me having panda eyes or any flaking. Great for anyone who has oily lids that transfers to lashes causing problems.

Beautiful look Charlotte. I just got my LE lip balms and they are so lovely! But the smell and taste is not good! It does have a taste, and it’s not a good one. Something very mild to take that taste away would be nice. Maybe a very mild vanilla. I go the metropolis and epanouie. Super pretty and I will get more if she brings out more colors if she does something about the taste. I’ve seen a lot of people comments about that in different videos. And 8 feel they are quite a bit different from the Dior balms. Mahogany balm still has my heart I. Terms of color and I don’t mind the mint.

I’m so sad the Lancome Bronzer isn’t available in the US yet! Selfridges is too expensive but hopefully it will release in the US soon! I am a bronzer fanatic!

Gorgeous soft but polished look . No surprise, you’re naturally beautiful anyway . I bought the deepest shade in the fenty blush. I’m a medium ish complexion, chanel 30 in winter 40 in summer. And it’s stunning on. I think you will need that one too, ooops sorry but your videos often cost my wallet, I’m simply returning the favour love 😈

I self tan my legs and arms, and I use tanning drops for my face. If I were going to the beach, I tan my whole body. Then I would cover all with sunscreen.

Thank for your -always delightful- review(s). You put the words right out of my mouth. While i adore the LE lippies my thoughts were just the same the first time imput them on, the finish is incredible, you keep wanting to reapply it even when not necessary yet, yet the taste/smell was almost too natural and i instantly felt odd to think this way. I wouldn‘t mind a more yummy natural ingredient i guess 😄

Gorgeous! I got 4 of the LE balms and they are beautiful. I do agree that there is a play-dohy taste which I don't like. Hopefully I get used to it because they are gorgeous.

Lovely make up look as always 😊, unfortunately for me the LE was a return as the “taste” was so overpowering in my mouth I could not keep it on. I know from other reviews that other people have experienced the same, so I’m all for a scent (vanilla, fruity etc) if it avoids that taste (I too normally seem to have a snack on my lip products 😉😄😄) . So gutted that those did not work out for me as I love LE, for now I’ll stick to my Dior addict and Dior lip glow, which work very well for me 😘😘

The taste is absolutely horrible… like crayon shavings mixed with rancid oil, I understand that some people are sensitive to fragrance, but a light vanilla smell won’t hurt

Agreed 100% about lash primer. You are not alone in that. The colors in the Dior eye palette have similar colors to Viseart Apricotine. I didn't get much color payoff from Metropolitan in Lisa's lip balm. Maybe I should have gotten Sweet Fig. It's lovely on you. Thanks for the video.💚

I'm somewhat disappointed in the new LE lippies. The Epanoui shade is one of those pinks that looks orangey on me, and I agree with you that Metropolis lacks pigment. Also, as a formula, they just disappear off my lips quickly.

Thank you for all the detailed reviews. ❤I have the Dior Smoky Essentials Palette. I love it. It's easy for daily use. A little bit falls out if I try to build up, but I love the colors. Could you share your thoughts on how these new Lisa's lip products compare to the YSL candy glaze?

I have been looking for a peachy Pallet as well? I ended up buying Christian Dior Amber Pearl for an upcoming trip. I went in store to look at the CD summer pallets, and was a bit turned off by the amount of sparkle! Interested in the Fenty blush, but need to check out the shades in store. Thanks for the peachy look!!

Thanks for the video. I’m definitely considering the tanning drops, have you gone to the darker ones now your body is deeper? I know you didn’t like the Dior backstage coral but it’s one I reach out to for peachy.

Hi Charlotte! What a gorgeous look! I hope the Lancôme bronzer and highlighters come to the States SOON! The bronzer is beautiful and I love a true neutral bronzer. Do I need another bronzer or blush, absolutely not. Will I still get them, absolutely ☺️ I love the new Fenty blush and the lipgloss/balms they released are so beautiful! I purchased two of the gloss balms. I completely forgot that Charlotte Tilbury had tanning drops for the face. I need to go look at them. I’ve been using the Isle of Paradise face tanning drops for years and I’m ready to try something new. Also, I love the color of your nails 💜💜 I think it’s by OPI and I wore it the last time I had my nails and toes done!

Love your tan! Hope you had a fab time away. 🤞🏼 I get to work on my tan a bit more soon. But agree the CT tanning drops are ace for evening out everything a bit. How many do you use to get a decent ish colour match to your body? I am still experimenting around with them ✌🏼

I agree with you about the lisa eldridge balms. However it does put me off wearing them, the playdough scent and taste is stronger than her other lipsticks 😢. X

Unfortunately I had to return mine 😩 the taste was so overpowering I had to take it off 😔
