Regarding your interaction at a boot sale where you had an argument with someone over the badges and then whether you are in your rights to video. Here is the situation: You are 100% in your rights to video or photograph. The images belong to you. You own the copyright. It was a public place and made public by the owner who clearly had no issues. You are under no obligation to blur out the images. None of the people have any right to privacy in a public place. That is why facial recognition and other cctv cameras aren't banned. If there was a crime committed the police would be asking for your images to help them. The police have to have a warrant to obtain the images as they are your property. I hope that helps. There is plenty on You Tube that will support what I am saying. Good luck!
