Ola S1 pro 2 years ho gaye. 20000kms done. Service cost 700rs for front breakpads. Iske alawa koi kharcha nahi hua.

Meine bhi 2 month pehele purchase Kari hai bht pareshan hu bilkul cooperative nhi hai team har complaint ko ignore kr ke baat taalte h 2 month mein 1500 rs ka kharch kara h thik karane mein lekin Mera pro pack hone k baad 2 month k baad band hogya keh rahe h aapka pro pack nhi h aap 1000 do tb aapko pro pack milega and 16 times mujhe bulaya gaya baar baar 1 2 hour betha kr keh dia update kr di gaadi ab sahi chalega or charge bhi tuta ta jb complaint kri shock lagte bacha toh ek tap laga di us jagah or kaha ab nhi lagega bht pareshan hu and mujhe bhi yahi kaha Gaya abhi 5000 km ki aapki service baaki h tb dekh lege

If it's true what customer told about Ather services then it's horrible. They just sell the vehicle but they don't look after that. I also have purchased Ather in August 2023 and Showroom is unable to resolve basic issues. Also they are taking much money for 3rd class material like this belt. People will loose their trust on EV's.........

I am riding ather gen 2 since last 2.5 years clocked around 9000 kms not a single peny spent except for a general checkup service @ 5000kms was charged only Rs 500 till date no brake pads changed nothing very happy with the scooter. No range drop in battery, happy with the service of ghatkopar - Mumbai.

Sab ka halat ek jesa he, ather ka service pehle acha tha, jese hi sale increase hua, attitude aa gaya inme, same case ola ka bhi he, is tarah agar companies apna manmani karegi to ghanta koi electric scooter me shift hoga...me khud hi ab kisi ko electric scooter recommend nahi karta..ek tvs i qube he jo fir bhi thik he...bad baki sab bakwas...

Ather After Sale Service is waste. I have Ather 450x my ADC:- ATHER DRIVER CONTROLLER is not working. My vehicle is in service center from last 20 days they don;t have the spare part of this. And from last 10 days they are telling that Part is in transit but not yet reached to service center. To be honest, Ather Vehicle is best but the service is Worst Worst Worst. Better to go for TVS AND OLA.
