*Note: We will not reveal all of the technical things to craft this specific SLG. Please don't ask about the things we've not specified in these videos.
Do not copy any of the designs of the Atelier SANG BLEU, all rights are reserved to the Atelier SANG BLEU.
This artwork was a prototype of the full-alligator design.
Made out of Special type Chevre & HCP(TCIM) Alligator leather.
All the leathers used and the way of making this luxurious leatherwork are the same as the French luxury leather brands.

I love watching your alligator videos, as I have a small black piece I'm going to use when I get much more consistent with my crafting....even though I got it for free. It's a "pass or fail" material as you only get 1 shot.

@@AtelierSANGBLEU I hope so, too. And for the reason you mention. I hate wasting material, even though there is a lot of waste in leather crafting, and wasting such a beautiful animal skin due to a mistake would be tragic.

Thanks a lot man! Oh, unfortunately that skiving knife was custom made from Korean artisan and that is not for sale 😭😭😭. But alternatively you can use the Blanchard high speed steel version for that 😉

Stunning! Would you mind doing a tutorial for the edge paint? I've been struggling with it for months now. My edge paint doesn't look clean. Is it because of the paint brand or my technique? 😅

I'm kinda planning that tutorial some day, but the previous tutorial for saddle stitching was not that much welcomed so far 🥹. If you are using the Uniters or Stahl, maybe you should refine your skills first because they work pretty great for all😅

Question on hot stamping alligator, I don't have a clean details, is it temperature or pressure?

Depending on the skins, machines, and foils, too many considerations should be calculated by the test & experience including your concerns for temperature pressure, etc... So, there's no way to find out what is your problem by the others, the only way for you to figure this out is just to keep testing them with all the variations you can try. That's what I can suggest 🥲
